We want you to experience a remarkable increase in your vocal abilities with our courses. We stand by our programs and have taken great care to make them as transformative as possible. 

However, results require you to give your best effort by watching every lesson, following the course outline, practicing all the exercises, and applying what we  teach — Daily vocal practice and implementation are the keys to your success.

This Money-Back Guarantee is Governed by the Following Terms:

Eligibility for a Refund

To be eligible for a refund, you must submit your request by or before 11:59 PM AEDT (Australian Eastern Daylight Time) on the 30th day after your purchase. As part of your request, you must submit proof of effort that you did the work in the program and that it didn’t work for you.

How to Request a Refund

1. You must submit your request in writing to our support team at [email protected]  within 30 days of the purchase.
2. You need to include ALL completed proof of effort with your refund request. This includes…

• Proof 1: You watched every video in the program. Submit an accessible Google doc with at least 500 words of notes from the lessons.
• Proof 2: You practiced every voice exercise in the program on a daily basis. Submit the recordings of your vocal practice in each lesson.
• Proof 3: Kindly share your thoughts on why this course didn’t work for you, as well as any additional feedback you have.

Processing your Refund

Upon receiving your refund request, our team will review it within 7-10 business days. If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.

Please be advised that refunds will not be issued for any requests made beyond 30 days from the date of purchase. After this 30-day window, all payments become non-refundable, and you are required to pay the full program fees, regardless of program completion.

If you choose a payment plan and didn’t request a refund within 30 days, you are accountable by law to complete the remaining payments.

In the event that you receive a refund, all licenses granting you the usage rights to the materials provided under this Agreement will be promptly terminated. 

You are required to discontinue the use of the materials and ensure the destruction of all information received, encompassing video recordings, audio recordings, PDFs, social media groups exclusively available to paying members, and any other associated resources.

Please note that the refund policy does not apply to products bought with a discount or during a sale event.
